Please note that all purchased items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item is determined to be counterfeit.

1. All items sold by Leluxe Vintage are pre-owned or vintage, and may show minor signs of wear due to age. Such natural wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.

2. We take great care to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos. Customers are encouraged to review all information carefully before making a purchase.

3. Authenticity is our top priority. Every item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale. In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be counterfeit by a recognized independent authenticator, a full refund will be issued.

4. To qualify for a refund under the authenticity guarantee, customers must provide a written statement from a reputable third-party authenticator within 7 days of receiving the item.
