To initiate your preorder, kindly share reference photos of the specific items you are looking for, along with your ideal budget. Sourcing might take few weeks to months.

Upon mutual confirmation of your request, a 50% deposit is required upfront. Once this is received, we will immediately initiate our dedicated sourcing process directly from Japan.

Once we locate the piece, we will provide you with a comprehensive set of detailed product images for your preview and review.

We will proceed with the official bidding process only after you have reviewed the images and given your final confirmation to move forward.

Following a successful bid, the remaining balance will be collected. Your piece will then be prepared for its journey to you within 2 weeks. (Please note: In the rare event that a bidding attempt is unsuccessful, your deposit will be fully refunded on the same day under our Peace of Mind Guarantee).
