Are the items imported from Japan ?
Indeed, every item available for bidding has been meticulously sourced from Japan and subjected to thorough appraisal by our team of experts.
Is the deposit refundable ?
Yes, the deposit will be refunded if the bidding is unsuccessful or if it doesn't meet your budget.
Can I cancel my bidding if the bidding is succesful ?
No, the deposit will not be returned if the bidding is successful. The purchase will be considered final.
How long will it take for the item to arrive in Malaysia if the bidding is successful?
After a successful bid, you can expect the item to arrive in Malaysia within 2 weeks. Rest assured, it will be meticulously packed and undergo internal checks before being dispatched to you.
When should I settle the outstanding amount after a successful bid ?
The remaining balance will be collected immediately after the successful bid.
Do I need to pay any additional fees once it arrives in Malaysia?
You will not incur any additional costs. The last agreed-upon price is the final, nett price.
Will the Entrupy Certificate be included?
Yes, a complimentary Entrupy Certificate will be provided with your purchase.
