Yes, the standard consignment period is 30 days. To ensure a smooth process and cover our active curation efforts, an early retrieval fee of RM200 applies if an item is withdrawn before this period ends.

Our team evaluates and marks up the final listing price based on market demand, the item's current condition, and the presence of original accompaniments (such as the box, dust bag, or full set packaging).

Consignment with us is entirely free—we do not charge any listing fees or commissions. However, every piece goes through our rigorous verification process, and an upfront fee of RM150 is collected for a professional Entrupy Authentication. If your item remains unsold by the end of the term, you will receive the hardcopy certificate to keep for your own records.

Payouts of full amount as agreed will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days after the buyer's sale is finalized.

Consignors are responsible for safely shipping the item to our showroom. Once in our possession, your luxury piece is fully insured, securely stored, and handled with the utmost care by our team.

You have full flexibility. You may either choose to extend the consignment period with us at no extra cost, adjust the pricing strategy together, or retrieve your item along with its Entrupy authenticity certificate.
